1. How
much do you charge for the hearing test?
Answer: There is no charge or obligation for the hearing
test.

you take care of my hearing aid, even though I purchased
it elsewhere
Answer: We can take care of most hearing aids.
However, if your hearing aid is still in warranty, the
warranty may be with the office where you purchased it.
You would need to check that out.

Answer: We dispense most brands and types of hearing aids.

Can I buy with a credit card?.
Answer: You can purchase with MasterCard and Visa on the
Internet, or with MasterCard, Visa and Discover in the
office.

Answer: We do handle repairs on most brands of hearing aids.

I buy a hearing aid warranty from you?
Answer: You can purchase a hearing aid warranty or loss
coverage from us.

I have to purchase two hearing aids?
Answer: No, it is not absolutely necessary to purchase two
hearing aids, but most people can understand better, and
have more comfortable listening with two.

8. Can
I order a hearing aid over the Internet or by phone?
Answer: No, we do not sell hearing aids over the Internet or
by mail. A person needs to be tested and evaluated,
before being fitted with a hearing aid. If you live
close enough to come into our office we will be glad to
do the testing at no charge to you.

9. Will
a hearing aid make me understand everything better?
Answer: Most situations will be better with a hearing aid,
but the hearing aid does not replace the normal ear, so
the ear needs to be able to understand, for the hearing
aid to do the best job for you.

can I tell if I have a hearing loss?
Answer: If you hear, but can’t understand.
You
frequently ask people to repeat.
You
often say people mumble.
You
have the TV or radio too loud for others in the room.
You
often do not hear the door bell or telephone.
If you have any of these symptoms, you may have a
hearing loss.
